Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of gift certificates for use exclusively at LuxeAutoConcepts.com. All vinyl and PPF products cut for you are not returnable or exchangeable. We always recommend purchasing samples before making a larger purchase. You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and unused. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return, which is nonrefundable. In a case where we do accept a return, there is a 30% restocking fee for converted rolls. Full unopened rolls if accepted are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that products are produced in different batches, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match from roll to roll. Luxe Auto Concepts does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds after the product is installed.
We DO NOT accept returns on our printed products. These are printed to order and are final sales.
The items that cannot be returned include:
- Wraps, rolls and sheets of vinyl, tint, PPF and film
- All Pre-cut kits including Paint Protection kits
- Samples
- All custom and special order products
- Manufactured or printed products
- Sale items or gift cards
Luxe Auto Concepts will replace or exchange products only if they are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, and exceptions within 14 days of receiving your order. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect and you wish to have an exact replacement per the original order, we request that you take a photo of the product(s) and email it to contact@lightwrap.com. At our discretion, we may request that you return the product(s) for quality control purposes. If a claim needs to be filed with the manufacturer and the time frame has exceeded the given period to file a claim, Luxe Auto Concepts is not going to be able to issue any type of replacement for said claims. Manufacturers issue a credit towards future materials so your refund will come in the form of a gift certificate for use exclusively at LuxeAutoConcepts.com. Your gift certificate will expire 6 months from the date issued.
Luxe Auto Concepts will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Luxe Auto Concepts is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders: manufacturers do not offer warranty or replacements for products shipped outside of the United States. Because of this, all sales are final for international transactions. Luxe Auto Concepts does NOT take responsibility in cases where there is a defect or product failure.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@luxeautoconcepts.net. Please include the reason for return request and any pictures, if applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a Luxe Auto Concepts gift certificate. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Outgoing shipping costs are also nonrefundable.
