I love the dark and holographic concept! I was planning to use it on my tail light but.. Its bit too dark. I did get the light one and im still going to use the dark one for a different purpose! Maybe putting it over some black trim and make other places on my car pop from the holographic.
This is great vinyl tint easy to work with and is high quality and gives your car that dark look while still having that star illusion looks when you get it looks great when it’s on !
Hey guys love this vinyl!! Way better than any others that I have used. Easy to work with and very forgiving. I’ve used other vinyls such as vivid and it does not compare at all.I’ll never use vivid unless I need to. Please get a rainbow honeycomb so I don’t have to use vivid!!! Haha ..please 😩
So I run a shop where I tint lenses regularly and have used Vvivid for years. Decided to try the dark star power. It looks different than the adverts as the adverts don’t focus in closely enough to realize that the pattern is grain of sand size and no larger and doesn’t vary. Also the material is opaque at best. Not very clear which is what a good lens film relies on to still be clear. Also it doesn’t say not good for headlights u til you receive the film in the directions/flyer and that’s half my business. In addition the cost is 3 times that of Vvivid. Will probably be my last time purchasing Luxe lens vinyl.
